Draft. To be reviewed before launch.
What we collect. Hosts give us their name, email and password (stored scrambled, never in plain text), their events, and the names, emails and phone numbers of the guests they invite. Guests give us their reply, how many people are coming, and anything else the host asks.
How we use it. Only to run invitations: showing the event, sending invitations, reminders and updates the host asked for, and showing the host who replied. We do not sell data, and we do not show ads.
Who can see what. Hosts and their co-hosts see their own guest lists. Guests see the event, and, if the host allows it, the first names of other guests who are coming. Invitation links are private and not listed in search engines.
Emails. Every guest email has an unsubscribe link. Once someone unsubscribes, Zost never emails them again.
Deleting. Hosts can delete an event at any time, which deletes its guest list and replies.
